- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached.
- Return requests must include the order number and photos if the item is damaged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
